These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites of Season 2, LLC, doing business as Season 2 Sports ("Season 2 Sports," "we," "us," or "our"), including leagues.season2sports.com, and your registration for our youth basketball leagues, camps, and events (together, the "Services"). By using the Services or registering a participant, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy at https://leagues.season2sports.com/privacy-policy.
1. Who May Register
Our programs are for youth participants. Registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian (or an authorized adult) who is at least 18 years old. By registering, you confirm that you have the authority to register the participant and to accept these Terms on the participant's behalf.
2. Registration and Payment
Registration is complete only when the registration form is submitted and the fee is paid in full.
Fees, dates, and program details are shown at the time of registration. Early-bird or promotional pricing applies only through the dates stated.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers.
We may cancel, reschedule, or modify a program, division, schedule, or venue when needed for safety, weather, low enrollment, facility availability, or other operational reasons. If we cancel a program, we will offer a refund or credit of the registration fee.
3. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund eligibility is described in the refund policy provided at registration and on our website. Unless that policy says otherwise, fees are non-refundable once the season begins. Questions about refunds can be sent to [email protected].
4. Participation, Health, and Assumption of Risk
Basketball involves physical activity and a risk of injury. By registering, you confirm that the participant is physically able to participate and that you will tell us about any medical condition, allergy, or limitation we should know about. You understand the risks of participation and accept them on behalf of the participant. Nothing in these Terms limits any right that cannot be limited under applicable law. We may require additional waivers or release forms before a participant takes part.
5. Code of Conduct
Players, parents, guardians, spectators, and coaches are expected to behave respectfully toward other participants, coaches, referees, staff, and venue personnel. We may remove or suspend a participant or spectator from a program or facility for unsafe, abusive, or disruptive conduct, without refund where the conduct violates these Terms.
6. Photos and Video
We may take photos or video at our events for operational, training, safety, and promotional purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy. To request removal of an identifiable image, contact [email protected].
7. SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms
Program name and sender: Season 2 Sports Basketball League text messages, sent by Season 2, LLC (Season 2 Sports).
Opt-in: By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on our registration or contact form, you agree to receive text messages from Season 2 Sports. You may be asked to confirm your subscription by replying to a text message. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or registration.
Types of messages: Messages relate to your registration and the program, such as registration and payment confirmations, schedule and game-time updates, practice and game reminders, cancellations, weather and venue notices, and responses to your questions. If you separately check the marketing consent box, you may also receive promotional messages such as offers and announcements about upcoming programs.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your activity and the program schedule.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for the messages you send and receive. We do not charge for the text message program itself.
Opt-out: You can cancel the text message program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again through our registration form.

Carriers: Participating carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy of mobile information: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. 8. Intellectual Property
The content on our websites, including text, graphics, logos, and images, belongs to Season 2 Sports or its licensors. Jr. NBA and Jr. WNBA names and marks belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
9. Website Use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with their operation, submitting false information, or using them for unlawful purposes. We may update or discontinue any part of our websites at any time.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Season 2 Sports will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or participation in our programs, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the program at issue. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Oregon, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
